Dick is retired from the Williams Police Department and lives in Oroville. He is a Rotarian and occasionally performs investigations for the Butte County District Attorney’s office. He also officiates for high school baseball and basketball games. |

Joe is the Vice President and General Manager of Norcal Waste Systems of Butte County. He is a member of the Kiwanis and the Oroville Economic Development Corporation. |

Karolyn Fairbanks Secretary
Karolyn is a retired investment broker and has lived in Oroville for 34 years. She has held leadership positions in several local organizations including Oroville City Council and the Oroville Area Chamber of Commerce. She currently serves on the YMCA Finance Committee and is the Treasurer for the City of Oroville. |

Jarold Stokes Board Member
Jarold is a stock broker with Edward Jones on Oro Dam Boulevard. He has worked for the Florida Myrtle Grove YMCA as a Program Director for one year and knows the YMCA movement very well. He has three young children and is excited about building a YMCA that is kids can grow with. |

Joe is an Attorney at Law here in Oroville and the past President of the Exchange Club. |

A self-employed Oroville resident. She is an active camp volunteer. |

Tony Carrasco Board Member
Tony is a manager for the California Water Service Company. He is very involved in the Oroville community helping with events like "Hooked on Fishing" and the annual Feather Fiesta Days’ Kiddies Parade. Tony also serves on the Kiwanis Board of Directors and is a long time member of the American Legion of Oroville. |

Nancy Gilbert Board Member
Nancy Gilbert grew up in Oroville and owns her own party goods store. She volunteered at a YMCA in Nebraska as a swim instructor for the handicapped and as an aqua fitness instructor. She served as Mother Advisor of International Order of Rainbow Girls and has been a member of a chapter of Beta Sigma Phi sorority for 30 years. |

Gary is a paramedic with the El Medio Fire Department and has volunteered at the YMCA Resident Camp for many years. |
